Enter Shikari

Aine from Kates went to the Enter Shikari gig last Friday and of course he took his camera along to shoot some pics. I reckon this one is perfect for a caption competition. My entry: 'Hands up if you bought your shoes from Kates Skates!' Course I reckon you guys'll come up with something better. No prizes just kudos for the winner. California company Vestal watches has launched this very limited edition watch. Artist Shepard Fairey designed this 'Motorhead' watch comes in either Black or Silver. There have been no more than 10 of each supplied for sale in the entire UK and we've managed to get 3 for you guys. Calling these stocks limited simply doesn't do justice to their scarcity and rarity value.

We've two blinding sets of decks just in; first we've the new 'French Evil Forest' decks from Heroin Skateboards. The artwork on these things is really something special. Not content with one set of goodies we've also got the new Landscape 'Skyline Series 2' decks in store and ready to roll.

It's the latest Motorhead inspired skate shoe from Vans. This excellent Rowley Classic shoe features the bands name and logo in gold. They've only just hit the warehouse shelves so they'll be available on the website shortly.

Chris and Tom decided to take a little jaunt to visit the guys at Fenchurch. Unfortunately their car proved less than reliable leaving them stranded at the roadside waiting for the RAC on the coldest day of the year so far. Some guys have all the luck!

Brit's Australian Marathon

Dave Cornthwaite, a British Skater embarked on a marathon skateboard trek across the continent of Australia. Yesterday he finally finished his epic ride at Brisbane after covering more than 5800k in 4 months. The open day is on the 27TH JANUARY 07 and called

'ITS GUNNA BE CARNAGE'

Chris Pulman visit

Just had a visit from Chris Pulman pro with heroin Skateboards, who dropped by to touch base with us. Any of you who ain't too sure who he is obviously don't watch enough TV. He's one of the skaters starring in the BBC info-mercial that they had running before those cussed hippos. Generous soul, he left behind this rather nice autographed deck, currently displayed in the shop.
